    That's the problem. I'm hoping to get 30 fps at 3840x2160 in live view. I may just have to get the Dahua. I wonder if Hikvision can increase the Mbps of their cameras through firmware or something.

    I recommend building something like this. You can place the PTZ camera near the very top. It only takes a couple of weeks to build. It actually comes with several poles, not just one. And, as an added benefit, the attached solar array will easily power a single PTZ camera.

    Thanks. Yeah I wonder if that site is better than Ali-Express or not? I've read a lot about ordering from Ali-Express (I know the Huisun cam users have been having some good luck). That is quite a low price for that cam if the site can be trusted to deliver to the U.S.

    Looks like they jacked the bullet up to $395 now. It doesn't appear to be $320 anymore. The other camera is still discounted however. I wonder if it was a mistake for them to post it so low at $320 for the one week.

    Many Hikvision cameras allow you to disable the IR lights for people who want to place them in windows. I use that feature on the Hiks all the time. Anyone know if this TOP-201 with IR lights has an IR Light disable feature on the web interface?

    What kind of frame rates were you getting? (Most daytime cameras don't have a true IR cut filter so they wouldn't be optimal for night time, but daytime should be just fine if the frame rates are good.)
