    Is that the auto patrol setting and add the presets I want? And does the camera have to be in an active scan or tour mode? The camera resets to default position before intrusion is set off.

    One other question - can I have more than one tripwire or intrusion "location" by using a preset that is setup in another position? Example: west driveway and east driveway - two separate presets. Thank you.

    I haven’t that issue. Did you update the firmware? I cannot get mine to follow people/vehicles - I know it’s a setting. Hopefully, someone has a video on this camera/

    What are most people doing regarding setting up cameras? Are you using the default camera system software to set up presets, tripwires, alarms, etc. or are you using Blue Iris to setup/create/control the camera?

    And to add to the above comments. I unplugged and reconnected the RJ-45 cables and everything comes back up. Again, this is a common occurrence. I am running everything on a UPS as well, which I just replaced on 1/11/2026.
