Hi Folks, I have a DS-2CD2387G2-LSU/SL. Originally running firmware V5.7.18, I also tried upgrading to latest V5.7.19. I'm trying to change the substream settings through the WebUI. When I press "Save" on the SubStream tab, I get an error "The Device Breaks Down". Doesn't matter which setting...
