    I only use smartpss for virwing live and no setups in it. I like using nvr because the trip wires show up in playback. They do not if setups are on cameras. But it still logs on playback with orange bar. At work so can't give examples now.

    Made the suggested changes and it might trip 10 percent of the time. All my other camera trip about 90 percent of the time. We go in and out that door all day because of new puppy.

    setup everything on camera. Can see tripwires. The tracking box that usually surrounds object never shows up. This is only with the two new cameras, all others working fine.

    So playing around yesterday the camera started tracking ( Box around object ) and doing well, today nothing. Set everything up on camera so we will see. I remember now why I liked the setup in the nvr, I could see what tripped it on play back because the tripwires showed in the play back.

    Ivs is set on NVR as are all the others except pTz's. All rules are set in event ivs and smartplan is turned on. I rebooted camera and at least it is working some. I just didn't know if with the AI equipped camera if there was something else to pay attention to outside the normal settings...

    Deleted camera from list and unplugged from nvr. Shutdown nvr, plugged camera back in powered on and the nvr loaded cameta on it's own. Seemed to fix it.

    Haha That is exactly what I forgot, and it would say save succeeded without it checked. When I checked the box, it came up with an error and had to setup period settings to correct. Seems to be working well. Thanks guys

    I attempted this also with no luck. I have 2 other cameras calling the ptz. It will go to both presets and track. It will move from one preset to the other when tripped. It will not return to home.

    Ok seem to have the tracking figured out. The problem now if the camera goes to preset 3 and returns to home after the 1-minute time frame I have set in idle motion. When it goes to preset 2 it will not return at all.
