    What you can do is connecting the camera directly to the PC/Laptop and change the http port back to 80, without need to do factory reset

    hikvision nvr setup and ip cams

    Just had the same, could not enter sub stream options of the camera, from the NVR side... Logged in to the camera directly, sub stream bitrate was around 4000, lowered that to 320..reboot both nvr and camera , and it worked again hope it will help someone
