    Guys - with the last update, BI app doesn't log in automatically. It simply starts in the Connect Edit screen and then you have to press Connect. Not such a big deal but in the past it would automatically connect and I have the setting 'automatically log in' set as well Thanks

    Guys - i need my camera pointed at my thermostat and the IR doesn't come on automatically due to the light from the thermostat. However, it's clearer to see if IR comes on. I change setting to manual but IR still doesn't come on Any way to force IR at all times? Thanks

    guys in BI service mode, live audio doesn't come through on my RDP 'remote audio' but recordings audio works. Without service mode, both work. Any way to get this to work in service mode too?     not much of a difference. What are you guys using - are you disabling filter and what are you setting speaker volume at? Also i'm guessing mic volume refers to what I hear back on the blue iris side correct?

    yes that's configured correct too. Even using the mic button on the blue iris console doesn't work. I am beginning to think something needs to be checked at the amcrest camera end in settings. Does anybody know if any setting needs to be enabled for mic to work?

    I can certainly hear live audio from the camera and the green speak icon stays on my mobile app. I just can't talk. When I click on the mic button, the button turns green and stays green but nobody can hear me at the camera end
