    I'll return that iCreatin and it looks like the most stable solution will be to run power into my attic and plug in 12v a/c adapter to power the mic. If you find a better solution utilizing POE only to power both the camera & mic over a single network cable let me know.

    SD - I am actually not using the AC adapter that cam with my PTZ. the PTZ is getting power from the POE switch it is connected to via cat5 cable. So if the cat5 cable is my only power source in the attic for the ptz how can I get that to power the mic?

    I am trying to determine if the SD42212T-HN has an onboard microphone to pick up sound or if I need to add a mic. I'm picking up sound and can hear the gears when moving the ptz but can't hear any other sounds.

    So no matter what presets I select for the tour... when the IVS tripwire is activated the tour only does the first 3 presets I chose and then stops. Anyone aware of any settings that would prevent the presets from going past 3 roughly 15 seconds?

    I just upgraded my firmware with the following: 2.422.0001.0.R.T4.1216.3N.NR, Build Date: 2016-11-02 The menu issue and stability in the camera is resolved. IVS features are working as expected.

    Unit has been very unstable lately and some text changing to Chinese. Reset defaults but hasn't improved. Wanted to flash with latest firmware to see if that resolves the issue. All other cameras are fine.
