    Dahua 4104-p Upgraded firmware, can I get IVS

    I upgraded the firmware of my 4104 successfull. Putting down DH_NVR4xxx_Eng_P_V3.203.0000.0.R.20170612.bin Can I get IVS for the two cameras I have that support it? Trip wires seem to be a much better idea that motion detection.

    Some of the cameras have gone digest authentication rather than basic nowadays. This could be your option depending how you're accessing the API

    Its in the title. Windows Versions. Do you have PC-NVR installed and running? Mine I try to change a setting (new install) and it timesout on entering the password.

    Trying to install the new 2.0.1 version of SmartPSS but on either 2008 and 2012 it wont start. I can't see anything in the event viewer or any logs. Anyone got it running?

    Dahua N4104-P (Ex China) - firmware upgrade - risks?

    Hmm not sure if it took. Seems I'm on the same version, and it's rebooted. Is a web browser upgrade not recommended? I assume it will reset all settings after upgrade. I should look at plugging in a screen and doing a USB upgrade.
