    Sorry it was not blackout that I meant to say; you must have Highlight set to "Highlight and rectangles", change it to "Show object rectangles", the highlight is possibly confusing things!

    Definitely ON, exclude BI folders from scans etc. Are you using remote access for UI3, if so then the open port is a real risk, you should use some sort of VPN or other secure remote access!

    Make sure that you are not setup for automatic renewal/payment on MyCommerce/Digital River, they may try to process a renewal which you would be billed for, but BI will not get the payment!

    I am using the EmpireTech IPC-Color4K-T180 camera, Here is what I get with the second clone in my layout, the primary is MyCAM10 and the clone is MyCam11, as you can see they are identical and no black bars!

    Did you try the buffer setting? Are the cameras using H264? What frame rate? Is the I-Frame ratio set to 1?

    Is it the OVPN file that you are dragging into the OpenVPN Connect program, a certificate export is not the correct file to configure the settings for the OpenVPN connect program!

    Not sure if this will make any difference, in the camera setting "Video" tab, click the configure button and try increasing the size of the receive buffer from default 6 MB to 8 or 10, let us know if it makes any difference.
