I actually have one of these cameras that I picked up cheap from someone locally on facebook. Not sure which model it is because it isn't listed anywhere in the UI. Not sure exactly when this changed but for the last few months the minimum is now 1 second and you cannot set it to anything less. -

If possible move the camera closer to the street. Mine are about 15' from the street so I get good shots in both directions. -
