I'm not noticing it either. Typically increased noise would be seen in the dark areas such as the black paving slabs, black cars, dark doorways. They all look pretty much the same to me. Warning you will get a lot of false alerts using both motion and tripwires so expect to spend a lot of time watching trees, insects, snowflakes etc. Most of us here use Tripwires + AI to cut the false alerts even further. -

Ah Ok. Though that was their picture but it's early. If it's working how you need it to then that's fine. My experience of trips is they're the best but placement can be crucial as you're trying to draw a 2d line in a 3d scene and objects can pass behind if you're not careful. -

Did you buy it cheap from an overseas site? Sounds like you got a foreign language version that's has custom adapted English firmware forced onto it. It's probably been upgrade locked because if you try to upgrade the firmware it will brick the camera. -

One solution without retraining the AI would be to simply use a privacy mask and mask the pole. It's a pole so a black rectangle is no different.
