    I found a culprit I think, my echo show, when I view the doorbell on it, it must alter the resolution somewhere, that’s when I get the issue in BI, not sure how to resolve though.

    Can you not get a network cable to the pool house or is it too remote, are these/this the only camera you have, it should not be difficult to set something up for you to see the displays, some degree of knowledge would be needed but plenty of info on here.

    Your confusing the volts v, with the voltamps vA, you ideally need around 16v but 30vA, if your transformer is only 16v but 10vA then the doorbell is not going to get enough power, especially when you press the chime, if you imagine a dimmer switch on a light and you turn it down to say 10vA...

    The lesson of making sure your transformer is powerful enough, 30vA. The settings i refer to are not in the app, but in the batch configuration pages, that is where you can tweak the quality of the image.

    I use iVMS when i need to setup wifi again, use the add offline device at top left i think, then manually put ip, user and pass then ok, then i reload batch config and it finds it.

    @TechBill my EZVIZ app updated and defaulted to iPhone api on DB push, so I put it back to always in the notifications, now just the EZVIZ answer decline page shows on push. Not sure if I understood your concern.

    With iOS, the only option i can see is, settings, notifications, Ezviz, show previews, to always, will have a test soon.
