    BlueIris, updates, computer unresponsive

Might have been just a coincidence, but since we are all probably using different types and brands of firewalls - who knows. I am pretty sure when it happened before, I looked and my firewall blocking access to an unupdated desktop can happen. I guess I can turn updates off again and see how...

    BlueIris, updates, computer unresponsive

I had originally turned off the auto updates on both of these computers, but that caused problems being able to connect into them when they went without the update (im guessing firewall didnt like it).

    BlueIris, updates, computer unresponsive

I have two computers at two locations (one is far away from me) running Blue Iris for a couple years, and both computers have become unresponsive/unreachable several times, and they coincide with windows updates. All times require a force shutdown with power button. Both computers are properly...

I tried deleting the camera and adding it back using your method of putting in the IP address. Same deal - just (default). The camera works, but as soon as I add "&unicast=true&proto=Onvif" to the stream profile I get the port error.

    crud on lens cover

OK, makes sense what you are saying about, if it were paint overspray or hard water it would also be on the black part. The camera is less than a year old. Do you think I should contact seller? I did notice right away with this PTZ the internal reflections were much worse than the other...

    Human / Face detection

I just checked my other PTZ and both look the same. I repositioned the haze camera so there is no white wall. There is now zero sun in the frame. The light is completly flat. Haze still there. I know if I moved the other camera to this position there would be no haze one it. There must...
