    Totally adjustable left/right if you do not put 3 screws in the base to hold it down. Once it is pointed and screwed down there is no adj left/right.

    I posted in that thread and was told by Andy the firmware is not compatible. Not sure if that is correct as I do not understand if the firmware says works with 1831 why does not work with 1831EP.

    If you never had it working then you do not have something setup correctly on the NVR. See screenshots attached for what most likely could be causing your issue.

    Yes it is called Idmss (Iphone) gdmss (google) I guess. Below are screenshots from my phone and since they recently fixed the issue it was working 100%. Stopped working tonight and maybe gets 1 out of 10 IVS Tripwire notifications pushed out.

    For some reason can no longer login via IE after updating to General_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V3.216.0000003.0.R.20181211 Login screen appears, put in credentials and just hangs with no error messages. Can login through PSS, the Config Tool, DDMSS Plus.

    Thanks and I could move it to above the door and to the right so better view of people walking up to door. However, was trying to keep the camera from standing out when visitors come to the door.
