I don't see that ICE is doing anything excessive. Every single clip I've seen shows them taking down people, but they NEVER show what led up to the person being taken down; in almost all cases, I'd bet it's because the person is resisting arrest. Just like the headlines today-- "Another ICE... -

I disagree with his assessment of "the cop shouldn't have been in front of the car." At the time he went in front of the car, she was not moving. She was in reverse prior to that, and abruptly moved forward. I'm not exactly sure how he is supposed to get from the passenger side to the driver...
