New version SmartPSS 11/24/17 - snippet hour bug fixed
Painful exercise so far. I can move the one hour end bars if i give the window enough time (wider than a couple of hours, but so far every time i try to save it (second time selecting the snip-it tool icon), I get an error/fail, then the camera goes off line for a while. I finally just gave up... -

I think It allows you to pivot the "C" plastic from the vertical position, then pivot the ball, then rotate the lens. It takes a while to get the hang of it. You don't need to take the screw out. It might be easier to take it off the wall to play with it. -

@Philip Gonzales I think the biggest issue is the sensitivity setting. If you do not figure it out, i can play with mine this evening, but I think @BillG has it right by moving to "Low". I personally leave mine in color mode 24/7 with IR off. You have plenty of light to stay in Color mode... -
Mini Dome/Wedge Wiring Question
there is not enough space. This is a sore point with me on almost all of the cameras where 3/8" more base depth would allow it to be hidden within. You will need at least 3/4" x about 2x2 more space. -

@Lu-Max -20 tilt is 20 deg up tilt from horizontal to 90 deg down (straight down). @fenderman , if he needs less than a 10 deg FOV, i don't think turret will get him there. It looks like a pretty good image to me. what you are missing is an ID shot. you need another camera aimed at the face if you want to ID the person, and a third camera with 10x the zoom if you want to ID the guy across the street (but don't hold your breath on that one). Many people here... -
