    Thanks for the feedback. No luck. I tried adding the camera to the safe zone and no change in the interface or save buttons showing up on the screen. I use the cameras as completely web based, I do not install any software on the computer. I have a separate server I stream and record the video...

    I have done all that to multiple camera with no luck. I feel like there has to be a firmware upgrade / downgrade that would have the save buttons. All help is appreciated, fixing this image quality is very critical to my business. I may have to find another camera model if I am unable to fix...

    I have tried IE and Chrome and they give the same screen, can't set or "save" and no changes in any of the options make a difference in the picture. I have been going back and forth with my distributor for days and they sent this photo as instructions. As you can see they have buttons below...

    I have a lot of the SD29204T-GN models. Having a really hard time with bright spots. I cannot save the settings in the interface, there is not even a "save" button on the screen where I change the settings. The default of "WRD" "HLC" "BLC" are all "Close" and when I change any of those settings...
