Gotcha, I will put a SD card in the PTZ. But on the first one anyhow, its called back to preset 2. Preset 1 is home. If it lost its tracking object, wouldnt it return home? -

maybe it has something to do with the tracking length of time - its set to 30 seconds by default maybe I should try extending that. -

Hard to tell what is going on. When I watch people move through the IVS rules I have set up in the main 180 cam, the camera that has all the IVS rules for the PTZ - its triggering almost 100%. But the PTZ isn't acting right. Still getting the subscription errors on main/clone spotter 180deg... -

yes i have them set to both directions and appear/cross. I made the boxes taller into the other side of the street and switched them to be human only. The triggers in the spotter cameras seem to be working great now. I'll figure out cars in the driveway later if I want. Guess I could just... -

no unexpected triggers, and the intrusion boxes seem to be much more accurate. Cars on the street are triggering the boxes though, and its no getting some humans on the edge of the boxes until they cross like halfway in. so ill have to play with it and figure out how to stop getting cars in... -

ok everything redone, new clones, new intrusion boxes instead of tripwires. I will let it run a while. I do notice the intrusion boxes are triggering for cars going by in street while intrusion box is short of the street so guess i need to pull those in a little more off the street. -

ok i checked the clone box on main camera. no bitrate on the clones. i redid the IVS to be all intrusion boxes. I am goin through now and find/inspect cameras. -

my tripwires are also only working about 50 percent of the time. Sometimes they are tripping 2-3 seconds after the person walks through them, sometimes just totally missing a person in the middle of the trip wire. I don't think it's the tripwires themselves, because if I have a person walk the... -

The only thing I see is where it says Record linkage is enabled - but the whole motion detection isn't enabled. So that shouldn't be it but I deleted the record linkage to see. -

looks like the false triggers are "EXTERNAL (RuleEngine/CellMotionDetector/Motion)" AND "ONVIF Event : RuleEngine/CellMotionDetector/Motion" when there is movement from human/car on an IVS rule I set up I get: "ONVIF Event: RuleEngine/LineDetector/Crossed" So the cell motion is triggering... -

I looked all through the event settings as well as the AI settings, looks like only my IVS rules are enabled. Ill see if I can find anything in the thread for that camera. -

when it loses signal its fast - gets signal back right away - so i bet you are right, its loosing connection. it is also the only camera giving false triggers for plants blowing. Like 10 an hour. I checked everything and only IVS human/vehicle is set up. hummmmm -

IPC-color4k-T180 The error seems to be intermittent, and it does also report on original cam not just the clones. It just comes and goes. Web UI says I am using the most up to date firmware. -

the spotter camera triggers immediately, and the PTZ also triggers immediately when spotter cam triggers. Both cameras red box same time, instantly. It just takes 10 seconds for PTZ to start moving. Weird. -

Nope camera triggers instantly, it's just the PTZ that takes 10-15 seconds to respond. So maybe I cloned the camera wrong? I just added the camera again, is there a procedure I should have done to actually clone it?
