    Oh I didn't realise that. Thanks for letting me know. Think I will not use my old sock method anymore or use the PC/Mouse at all, just to be on the safe side. Anyone want a decent PC and suspect camera mouse for free. Can't take any chances, these days!

    Hi Ethan I'm not sure on the possible complications of changing the Amazon routers gateway address and DHCP assignment. Sure it would be possible and this would elevate the need, to access the three IP cameras to configure. Most routers are configurable from the default settings. Perhaps source...

    I can see why it's such a mess installation. He's obviously a Hikvision engineer (as it says on the back of his t-shirt) and he's installing Dahua equipment. Never mix other brands.

    There's a BI (Bisexual) person down the road that has some Reolink cameras outside there house. I can ask him/her if they can help?

    I'll have one of those quality just pan and tilt cameras. Who needs optical zoom anyway. 10 x digital zoom will be fine.

    Excellent advice. Nearly as good as my previous post. Best advice as stated previously, is to put the mouse in an old stinky sock and still have control. The cam within the mouse will be totally obscured.
