    I spoke too soon. My two IPC-HDW2231R-ZS today doing the same thing "no record". So basically all the cameras that I subscribed directly stopped working. The ones I subscribe through the NVR still works. Oh well the push notifications from NVR playback videos are faster than the microSD videos...

    I'm wondering do only the newer 4.0 AI series include a snapshot in the iDMSS alert? I have 3 cameras from this series and they all include the snapshot for IVS tripwire but my other 2 cameras IPC-HDW2231R-ZS do not include the snapshot even though the settings are set the same as my other cameras.

    Is the house prewired with any cat5e to doorbell location or do you plan to install any doorbell camera? If not then something like IPC-HDBW4231F-AS would be good height at the doorbell level to see direct shot of face when they stand at the doorway.
