Flock installed LPR's without permits and has now been banned from operating in two states
I'm looking at obtaining an lpr cam to put on a pole that will have a great view of the road leading from the cul-de-sac I live on. My house is on the corner, so each and every car that passes gives me a perfect view of it - front and back - coming or going.....now that I've official retired, it...- observant1

Flock installed LPR's without permits and has now been banned from operating in two states
I talked to a local rep here in B'ham and he said Flock Cams needed an OK before they could be used by the local authorities. Depending on your neighboorhood you may or may not want Flock cams.- observant1

I'm not sure but you may even be able to save video to your fone....not sure. And not sure it automatically saved to your phone memory card....but sounds like you have a plan. thats great!- observant1

It obviously depends on 4k vs 1080. And whhat video compression you use. My doorbell is 1080p- observant1

My doorbell records events to a memory card and just now looked, i can go back to sept 20th. So depending on how much traffic you have you may be suprised how many recordings you can capture on a large memory card....but I don't know your area for what your setup would need. It triggers...- observant1
