    If it's polycarbonate there are plastic polishes out there that can be used to remove oxidation. The only factor to bear in mind is they are abrasive and will remove any kind of coating should one be present. Many are sold for polishing plastic car headlight lenses, mobile phone screens etc.

    I still can't see it / connect. Is there any issues trying direct with a laptop via a poe injector so Laptop > Lan Patch > POE Injector - Lan Patch > Camera. Btw firmware hasn't been touched as can't contact camera anyway to initiate it.

    Try shutter between 4-8ms (4ms preferably (that's between 1/250 - 1/125 if it works in DSLR camera terms)). Keep gain below 50. I'd highly recommend 4ms for blur avoidance.
