Should be possible to reflash IP cameras .. in general I'd be cautious as sometimes bricking does happen anytime you attempt to reflash. Personally I would keep them running but isolated from my network if they are working well enough.- mat200

Junction boxes for Dahua i really like the pfa121 and 122 models as they share the same base .. top plate is different one for 3 screw / bolt bases and the other for 4 hole- mat200

As you are using reolink I would pickup one good dahua oem or hikvision oem varifcal 4mp 1/1.8" ip poe camera from andy or other vendor to test and play around with. Both Hikvision and Dahua make tons of models and it gets challenging to keep up...- mat200

All the PC OSes have gotten really good. Gone are the times mac os or windows os would randomly crash .. So much better now. The browser has now become king, and as long as the os supports newer browsers most people can get much work done. Recall when Microsoft did what it could to kill... -

Yes it is about money, yet all manufacturers / brands are constrained or bounded by the EPA RULES. none in the USA can break regulations without significant costs. VW diesel gate is a perfect example of attempting to break EPA boundary conditions and give customers horsepower
