As this has an Hikvision OEM NVR I would think you should be able to stream the video out to an external BI PC box .. still, most of us have had issues with WIFI security cameras and decided to go wired IP PoE for our core systems. Thanks for the update. Note for others .. cat5e cat6 are twisted pairs. That is required. My cables are unshielded are work fine. You can also get shielded cables, however those cost more and iirc they should be grounded, which adds more complications- mat200
