As I understand it, packages less than 4.4 pounds from China cost less than what it should cost because of the UPU, the Universal Postal Union and that China is an emerging nation. -

Aren’t 5th amendment protections discarded when one is pardoned? If so, they can be compelled to testify before Congress about J6 and what crimes they may have committed. What the hell do I know, I’m not even a country lawyer. -
