    At what value / setting do you have WDR set at? I can assert the issue you're having is not one that my 2035fwd exhibits - with that said, I typically don't find WDR very helpful at night (and I have experimented with it with the 2035fwd).

    From Greece your best bet would likely be aliexpress.com. Type in "m12 4mm 5mp" for search parameters, and other than the 1/1.8 lens any of the other dozen lenses should work well with your 2042.

    Yes, the install location is narrow and the turrett doesn't work very well for the location. Also, for that camera location I like to paint the body of the camera and the mini bullet is much better for that application - with the turrett as you adjust the eye the paint gets scratched up too...

    You won't be able to find an exact match - according to the specs you want to find as close to f1.2 as possible (i.e. Min. Illumination:| Color: 0.005 lux @(F1.2, AGC ON), 0 lux with IR).

    I usually start out at about 30ft. (because that is all I have to work with inside) with a license plate and fine tune by taking it outside in the actual environment (with a 30 ft. ethernet cord).

    Coincidentally I just did this today - due to the tight space between the eve and the pillar. Worked fine, with the exception of the IR bouncing off the eves - I turned the IR off. With that said, the IR issue would have likely been there right side up because of the tight confines.
