    This is the cam I'm using for my front door. It's vari focal so you can adjust it as needed. I have mine mounted above the porch light so that it would be out of reach, but the downside is that you can't see faces if people are wearing hats. Consider using one of the domes at eye level.

    I've never had a reason to use corridor mode until now. On the IPC-HDW5231R-Z, when I set the video to 90 degrees, the image is stretched out; both in Blueiris and the camera's own live view. Any way to correct this? Thanks

    If you can still skip to them on playback, then most likely it's still capturing the motion events. Make sure in the clip viewer that you select alert and not all clips. It's the little triangle icon with the lightning bolt inside. Same with within the app.

    Oh, and once you get the crash issue sorted out, I would create a day and night profile. Then set the cameras you want to record at night to continuous. You can keep the motion triggers to help identify movement, but this way you're guaranteed to have complete footage.

    According to the spec sheet, these are a bit larger than the 4421/4431 turrets. What bases you guys mounting these to? Ive been using generic round junction boxes from Home Depot, but these cams won't fit.
