    What if you were to add a second NVR? Connect it to the same cameras in parallel (if analog camera cables). Then each NVR has its own IP, physical network connection, and credentials.

    I could be wrong, but I think in Milestone, in order to change the camera that appears in Milestone Smart Client tile rectangle, you have to utilize the 'Smart Wall' feature. I think Smart Wall content can be manipulated by things outside of the client viewing it.

    Regarding the first video: That looks good! The fidelity of the people that make up such a small percentage of the view is impressive. Regarding the second video: It only lets me view in 360p. I assume it is still 'processing'.

    Sorry, my bad. I fixed the above post. It's too aggressive on the 2021 camera. There shouldn't be those bright white spots within the tree at the top of the view.

    You didn't mention which level of XProtect you are using. The top level product has a License page in Management Client app, where you check status of your license use and can command it to Activate License via a few methods.

    The zoom specification isn't the most important for your request. You should be looking at the field of view angle number at max optical zoom, as that is the actual "how zoomed in is the view" specification.

    It should unzip like this. You unblocked the zip after downloading and before unpacking? There's also a chance a anti-virus app on your computer deleted the files soon after they were unpacked. Maybe check for logs in your AV software.
