Thanks for the suggestion. But no cigar. Its deleted all the previous clips. Woke up this morning and found new clips on my Web UI3 but non on my phone app- Afranze

Anyone got any other ideas? I reached out to Blue Iris support They suggested to go to the Blue Iris software on the PC in the clips/alerts right click and go to database and select repair/regenerate and see if that corrects the issue Tried that but it made no difference @fenderman can I tap...- Afranze

My user account is the same for my the web UI3 and Android app All cameras I can view recent clips on the web UI3 using Chome/Edge browser However on my wife and my phone some clips are not updating. Example: Android app and my wife's iphone app: Porch Camera - last clips are 4 days ago...- Afranze

Thanks I played around with that and I reduced the make time to 0.7 like FenderMan suggested and did those other options you mentioned and its now working good I probably misunderstood the make time I thought the longer seconds you make the MAKE time, the longer it will pre-record when... -

Funny you say that. That was the last recording I had of me mowing the lawn I am confused still though. It was recording cars and people to before ok but now its stopped Motion zones: I am not using motion zones though: Is this the correct box for Cameras Digital Input Box? -

I have noticed one of my camera a Duhua turret IPC-HDW4831EM-ASE is not recording any events The camera itself is logging down events which is motion detection so thats working but blue-iris isnt recording anything I Have reset the camera to default and deleted it from BI and re-added it... -

Hi Not sure if this is a BI setting or Dahua setting. I did think it was working better before ( not perfect but better ) I upgrade from BI4 to BI5 Here is an example of what I am seeing here. The attached screenshot is my car driving from the right hand side of the road ( red arrow direction)... -

OSD flashing on camera
Hi I upgraded to BI5 and imported my config I had from BI4 I noticed my Dahua camera OSD is flashing? This OSD is from the Blue Iris OSD not the camera ( where I turned the camera OSD off ) Not sure why its flashing? Short video attached -
