    A bit of a Frankenstein solution if you ask me. IPC-HDW5231R-Zare cheap cameras and probably don't warrant manufacturing a decent looking ceiling mount. If looks don't matter could easily knock something up with mild steel.

    In that situation, I would look out from the wall with 2 basic PTZ on opposite corners of the wall (or above it). Even the basic starlight PTZ have 2 alarm inputs and I would use one (or two in parralell) PIR or Microwave sensors, along each wall and use that to trigger presets for the cameras...

    Not telling anyone to suck eggs and not engaged in this thread. However, I have just seen an AE listing that states "when you choose h2.65 model and choose smart code:on , The camera will restart by every 10 seconds !" Not sure if this helps, just reminded me of this thread.
