    Let me better clarify that message. I bought an Asus AC3200. I set up VPN accounts for my family for remote access to the BI server. The tunnel is working on my android device but not the Apple devices with BI. The tunnel works otherwise on the Apple devices. Any suggestions?

    I bought a new router. I setup the BI app on my android phone with no issues. My wifes iPhone however will not connect. The tunnel is working fine. I can reach my router and the BI web access with no issue on her phone. Through the app no go. Any help would be appreciated.

    I record 24/7 and have 5-2.1mp cams and 1-4.1mp cam installed. 4tb drive. I get 8 days of recording. Need to add a second drive soon.

    Lots of unallocated space on yours. Keep upping the storage ammont until you have about 50 gigs of unallocated space. You should have a sliver of green.

    Awesome news! Now use the built in test mode in blue iris and run your false triggers. Tune blue iris to not respond to those triggers. You will get it.

    It should. The green zones will respond to your settings. There is a setting that resets a scene when a certain percentage of the scene has a change. Lower that to 60% I think default is like 76%

    Use zones. Just don't use the Hotspot as a zone. It bypasses any settings and goes straight to alert.

    And I do agree about UPnP. I chose the safest method possible to give my wife access. I hate port forwarding but it was the only solution I have until ios gives us tap support. I do appreciate your input. Thanks.

    I had a tunnel setup but the netgear router I have only uses tap and ios doesn't support that. I do have an app for Android on my phone but I'd like my wife to have access also. In the end they are outside cameras. All of my cams have been upgraded to the latest firmwares.

    That and I changed it so only admin is local and assigned names to users so someone would have to guess the user name and password.

    I added the ip addresses we only use to the bi firewall like feature. At one point the log would show people that made it to the logon screen. Now I believe only our ip's are granting that logon screen because only our connections are showing up.

    Just taking a quick look at things. You are using hotspot for your zone. It is going to trip on anything and everything. You will never filter out the triggers from that.     I have mine set lower to mitigate this problem. I think around 50% I will check my setting later. My interpretation and experience was lower the percentage for less false signals.

    What are you struggling with? What is triggering BI? Pouring rain here. Had to tweak my setting slightly to stop the rain from triggering. Moved make time to 1.0 seconds. Was .8 seconds. No more rain false triggers.

    Further testing. When I am on my network, seems normal. When on my cellular provider, all hell breaks loose on my router. No new changes in the setup.
