    what i dont get is step 4, there is no squares i can find to fill the screen with to select where you want to detect motion?? all i can do is draw, then when i hit save it says "please draw" and i dont know what to do to save it.

    i have a hikvision DS-7632N-E2 / 8P with a dahua camera on it that records sound, when i play it back through internet explorer i can hear everything that is occurring, but when i download the file through internet explorer there is no sound on it. how do you get a file off this NVR with sound??
