If it's any help, I've had exactly the same issue for the past week and finally resolved it by ticking the Enable Event-Triggered Snapshot box under ADVANCED CONFIGURATION > STORAGE > SNAPSHOT TAB (which is NOT what it describes in the manual). However, once the camera started uploading... -

For example, older IP cams are 640 x 480 which is 307200 or .3 Megapixels. Hik's are up to 2048 × 1536 = 3145728 or 3.1Megapixels, and 4K over 4Megapixels. Your Canon can take 12-16Megapixel stills, however can only record in 1280x1024 or about 1.3MP Not sure what the Nimbus video is... -
