    Update - Correct - I spoke with Hikvision yesterday and Internet Explorer does still work. Edge will not work. I was trying with Edge and Firefox.

    Sooooo for all others. Here is what Hikvision had to say. You have to use Explorer NOT Explorer Edge. They look very similar. Installed the plugins and everything is working fine.

    I am not but will look into it for sure. I like their products but they REALLY need to come up with a fix here. I have customers who are quite upset they can not remote into their businesses from home right now and have no answer for them. Makes my business look bad.

    NVR Firmware? I have not upgraded the firmware on the NVR's. I just got my home NVR to work on the Hik-Connect app but still cannot access it through Hiddns.

    As of today I can not access any of my client sites on DDNS. It asks me to down load a new plugin which I did. Installed it with browser closed. Re opened browser and it asks me to download the plugin again? Happens in Firefox as well as IE. I can access everything through the phone app no problem.

    Plus they slice the crap out of your hands if your not really careful. Should have been stitched after one job with those tools. Working in really cold weather up 25 feet or so and they aren't fun.

    Good info. I haven't seen these but will look into them. You know what else Ive been looking for is the worm gear straps that have the slots all the way down so one strap does multiple sized poles. I hate buying 6", 4" etc. Can't find the ones that are slotted all the way down anywhere.

    yeah we have had that issue as well. Also, newer poles are LED which is a bit different as well.

    We have an electrician either provide us a 110 whip or a weather proof outlet. we then take it from there. Most poles are 440 I believe.

    Curious if anyone else has seen this issue with 2132's

    Mounted on a ceiling tile. These have been the same for almost a year. Nothing around them has changed. I just manually changed the IR times to come on later till I can get a handle on whats going on. I will be out of town for a week so that was that best i could do for them at the moment.
