    Yes Win10 Alt-F4 doesn't work also keyboard seems locked except ESC (but it kick out of fullscreen mode) Mouse right-click gives a menu that let you get out of full-screen as well, but no application shutdown.... Honestly, I was searching for a "kiosk" application to allow user to "live view"...
