    We didthat, but that does not work. factory reset did the trick. however be careful with factory reset. Not all necessary settings are done. For example the sub stream of channel 2 was not activated anymore.

    When you are hacked on the internet and someone tried 3 times with a password, then the system is blocked and you can never enter it anymore ? I cannot imagine that this is so by design ? There must be a way to unlock the password or to reflash the firmware ?

    yes we changed all passwords as it looked to easy to login from the network. And the 4104-P does not have a reset button...we looked but we could not found....

    Can someone please tell me how to do a factory reset of a Dahua NVR 4104-P ? THere is nothing like a reset button....the battery cannot be removed .... ? How can I do a reset ?
