    You have to add the remote camera manually to the NVR. Choose HikVision, enter the IP Address of the shop camera and the Port is 554. Also the user and password of the camera.

    maybe i found the issue The 3rd Party camera has no 2nd stream for a fluid video. Only the clear stream is available. So the iPad and the HTC can show the clear stream and the iPhone shows the error code 91

    Hello, i use a HilVision NVR DS7600 with 5 x 3rd Party IPC. Up to now i was using the iVMS App on my Android HTC without a issue. It was no problem to watch the 3rd Party IPCs. Now i'm change to a iPhone7 and it's not possible to watch the 3rd Party IPCs. I only receive the error code 91...

    I know the will migrate the DDNS Service but not today and this is not the answer for my question. By the way: Do you believe the DDNS Service will be the only way for Hikvisio to get my/your IP Address??? The have much more options to integrate something in there firmware. Regards Basti

    No i'm not in the same Network. This is a costum installation. I know the way to use the virtual host when I'm on the same LAN as the NVR. So I have to use screensharing to use the virtual host service from the NVR. Tomorrow I will try it.

    Is there a chance to remotly connect to the cameras (not the NVR)? I activated the VirtualHost Function on the NRV. But i did not forwarded any port to the cameras and i have no vpn connection to the router. Than i can check the setting for Video&Audio and can make screenshots.
