    Can't get it closer, no power. I've worked on computer and electronic hardware so I'm comfortable. Don't know if lens replacement is a thing or I just need to get a new camera. Where do you buy lenses from?

    I don't think I'm digitally zooming? I go to the ptz function on the cameras we've interface and click zoom in. Is that how the varifocal lens works?

    So I got the 5442 today and hooked it up on my hikvision nvr and it worked for about an hour. When I log into the cam it's on and working. Thr nvr shows it's on and connected. I cannot get a live view anymore. Tries to connect then playback error. Anyone know how to get this working again?
