Try adding the "NTLM Auth=Yes" to xtra options box (services-smb/cif-edit ).
I'm not familiar with Amcrest but I'd test using continuous instead of motion until it's figured out.
Also, If it isn't already add the NFS share to smb/cif share so is viewable from windows.
Ftp works also just needs omv ftp option "Allow clients to resume interrupted uploads and downloads " enabled so camera can stay connected to record properly. Also (you may already know) adding a nfs share to samba/cif so file is windows viewable.
Yeah pita things! Get them on both turrets and fisheyes during the day. Ususaaly happens for about a week during the season each year.
