    This is the bit I am struggling to learn. I feel if I cut the carriage lights then I create a blind spot by cutting left.     whats the strategy here? flip to portrait for a taller image that gets across the whole front of the garage or stay landscape for the wider image? landscape captures more to the left and less to the bottom right. The goal is another camera at the other end of the garage facing this direction...

    what is the system version with this firmware. Mine still shows 2.84 as opposed to 3.x. Or a I missing something?

    Not sure what is happening, but when I change the ip, my camera becomes inaccessible. log into 1.108, set password, set up, save. once complete I am not able to access the camera. My router shows the new ip of the device as set, but I cannot reach it on the ip I set. I am setting my computer...

    I realized mine was the result of enabling 2fa on the camera app login while it was connected to home assistant. every time ha tried to connect it made a new 2fa request. My options, disable 2fa or not have it connected to ha.

    Yeah , his video was interesting. Seemed he had to reset the camera to get the update prompt to appear. Not sure if that’s the only way, but it seemed odd.

    @samplenhold Oh yeah. This is perfect. As you note and also some of the others below. It is the garage. It isnt perfect and doesn’t have to be. I need something that is good enough to capture some images. The space is well lit, so just add motion control to fire off the lights and boom, done...
