    I have 2 of these Andy cams. One is 2020-12-03 and the other 2020-10-19. Upgrade the older to the Dec FW? Or wait for the better one?

    Just got this NVR. FW is V4.001.0000006.0 2021-02-08 I have activated event recording on cameras, but when reviewing my recorded video all I see is a solid green line. No MD events are shown. Any ideas? FW issue? Idiot user?

    I pulled the NVR to my workbench. I did a factory reset on it. I took all the cams to my bench, and connected 12v and a net cable (don't know if the net cable was needed) and performed a reset on each. Connected all to the NVR and powered on. I have success! All cams show up on the NVR

    Connection timed out. Reconnected and now both cameras are in the lower box with red status indicators (just like the picture in post 319)

    Both cams showed green in lower panel. logged in with the E. Other cam would not log in (couldn't find it) Here is the current status

    I tried following the directions. Got the new DVR 5216-16P-4KS2E and had the 2 new cams T5442T-ZE connected (showed video) but could only log onto 1 camera. said second cam address may have moved. I did a factory reset of the DVR and both cameras. Now it only shows the 2 cams on lower section...
