    It works on my old SD52C225U-HNI. In fact it brought new life into my old PTZ. To enable it is fairly simple, I just followed the instructions in the help file.

    It's the 5842-ZE. It's actually not too bad. This sample is wiith zero additional light. The light in the background is the IR from my two LPR cameras.

    It's running a rebuild the database process. Be patient, alerts should come back and it will start recording when it finishes.

    I’ve seen this happen before as well. A simple reboot has always resolved the issue.
