Trouble with settings on new 4MP turret
I have had trouble once or twice getting settings to stay and each time it was a browser or plugin problem. I only use IE to work with cameras now and make sure to update the plugin for newer firmware versions and I have had no further issues. -

You definitely have the same issue as me, that nice grey image. I'll set up a 3mp and 4mp comparison here a little later today to demonstrate the issues we're having a little more clearly. Can you post the same image with WDR off, all the other settings the same? -

It's not the colors washing out, it is the grey tint of the entire image that is the issue. Also, there is no shadow change. I have over 1,000 cameras and have no issues with them and WDR settings and the like, but these 4mp ones are massively not doing anything close to what WDR does on any... -

I have the 4mp bullets. Have not picked up a turret version of the 4mp yet as they were not available when I did my last order. At least we know it is the same between the two styles. I have 40 of the bullets, and so far they all have the same issue so it has to be firmware. -
