    Anyone using PTZ joysticks?

Are you building a Windows system? I'm curious if anyone has tried to use an XBOX controller for their PTZ cams or not. With NVR and VMS software like Milestone Xprotect, you can use a regular USB joystick. I currently am trying to get a Mayflash arcade stick (PC042) working with Xprotect but...

    Longse LBK60S200 with IMX323

Good to see that this sensor (either one - 322/323) is being put to the test. The specs on it seem pretty amazing.

    Longse LBK60S200 with IMX323

    S800 vs S500

How come the IMX290 performs better than the IMX322 in this test? Isn't the IMX322 supposed to be more sensitive to lower light? Could they have botched the test in this one or something? (maybe had some other setting turned off, etc.)

    Anyone using PTZ joysticks?

Curious what models people are using to control their PTZ cameras and if you are using USB input versus RS485, network control via CAT5/6, etc.. This Dahua joystick seems to have both RS485 and USB as well as network control but I can't tell if it works on other cameras besides Dahua's or not...

    Hikvision with GeoVision software

Thanks. I tried this with no joy. Do you happen to recall the name of the person you talked to? Also, If you would have had only half the number of licenses to upgrade, would the price have been reduced by 50% even, or is there some other pricing model they are following?

    IMX178 Questions

Are the cameras that utilize this sensor not using the full 3096x2080 resolution due to limitations of the SOC? For example the S500 variants seem to top out at only 2592*1944. If it would have been paired with a better SOC, would this camera have achieved the 3096x2080? The Hi3516A appears to...

Lowest Price for Geovision GV-VMS upgrade from GV-NVR?

Just curious what the lowest price per 3rd party cam is for this upgrade?

    Hikvision with GeoVision software

So you actually paid Geovision and not your distributor for the upgrade conversion, is that correct? Whenever I ask Geo directly, they seem to not know about this upgrade for some reason. Odd. And was it $150 for 20 cams? If so that would be $7.5 per 3rd party cam, is that also correct?
