    SmartPSS inactivity issue

    Hi guys. Not sure if everyone has this issue but i notice if I minimize or stop actively using my smartpss once I return to it the cameras aren't showing and I seem to have to been logged out of the NVR and have to wait for it to reconnect. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
