Update #3 So both cameras are " online" but cannot be viewed in iVMS 4200. Is there a step that I am missing to let them show in the " Main View " or " Remote Playback". I can still login via Chrome when on the same network but I really want to view them when I am away. -

So I am one step closer to the danger zone. I removed the cams from iVMS and added back. It said action not completed, bad password. So I played around with one and got it online and will try the other when I get home from work today. The one that is "online" I cannot view at all on iVMS... -

I cannot see them on iVMS-4200 when home or away from home. Says the cameras are offline. I really do not want to have a computer running some software 24/7 at home also. -

So at the moment I have 2 HikVision ip cameras, one DS-2CD2087G2-LU and one DS-2DEA404IWG-E/W. I can see the cameras on SADP, iVMS 4200 and can log into them via Chrome and view them when on the network at home. I cannot view them via iVMS 4200 when at home or anywhere else and want to be able... -

Thank you. I had ordered the DS-2CD2687G2HT-LIZS model as it looked to be a bit better. I do not need it as much for night a I do for day use. -

I have used the comparison tool and looked at spec sheets. What is the main differences in DS-2CD2687G2HT-LIZS and DS-2CD2683G2-IZS. To a novice, I do not see much different. Thanks Lee -
Can't setup new Hikvision DS-2CD2087G2-LU cameras - Hikvision told me they are region specific and they can't help me
Was this ever done? I have an eero system and I have the same problem getting my camera to connect. I am not using a switch or PoE, just plugged into the eero. Lee
