    Thanks that got me to thinking and I looked at the settings in blue Iris and somehow my frame rate there got set to 33 after a software update so I changed it to 62 and the issue went away.

    I really want to get a 4K PTZ but I'm trying to avoid temptation until I get some of these other cameras paid off. Too bad Andy you don't sell on eBay so I could use 24 months same as cash LOL.
