    Thanks green1. Once the doorbell is configured, can I uninstall the app? I won't use it for monitoring or notifications and it gets horrible recent reviews. I plan on adding the doorbell to Blue Iris.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Dahua DH-DB6I is a fairly new release, approximately end of 2021. Do you think this doorbell is actually made by Dahua? A very similar looking Lorex 2K QHD doorbell has been released for over a year.
