    So far, unsuccessful. Mainly just picking up alerts from people walking by, which fires because the vehicle no longer looks static as the person's body passes by it

    Long shot, but has anyone heard of a way to identify if spots are empty? Parallel parking here is nuts, and they're going to start making us move the cars twice a week now for street cleaning. It would be helpful if I could get a notification whenever a street parking space in front of my house...

    Deepstack without the gpu was spiking cpu usage to 90%+. I have people walking by several times a minute during certain hours (NYC). Electricity ain't cheap here either, but I felt it more or less balanced out. Instead of having a cpu pegged at 100% maybe half of the day, I now have a 40w gpu...

    Now that he fixed static objects being flagged 100% of the time, it seems the only use for zones would be to reduce cpu usage (ds won't be analyzing hundreds of images every hour)

    I wasn't aware you can exclude static objects. I have the same issue since my cameras face a city street (always cars lined up and parked), so I get a car classification 100% of the time. Since ds analyzes static images, and not movement, I'm not sure it's possible to exclude the parked cars.

    Work around is to clone the camera. It seems bi will always process the ai first, whether or not alert firing is contingent on it

    Bosty's troubleshooting did the trick. I was unaware that it only analyzes the highlighted zone area. Since I only highlighted the sidewalk, and not the street, it was only catching legs and animal shapes distorted by my fence rails (which worked fine for pure motion detection). I unchecked...

    My keyframe settings seem ok. 15 and 15 The duration of the motion is pretty long and clear since this is a city sidewalk. A lot of people walking by and they must pass the entire length of the house. Even people stopping in front of my doorbell don't get properly classified by deepstack...

    I'm still getting 100% cancellation rate on all 3 cams. The deepstack console seems to show it getting hits, so it looks like BI is communicating with it. I also tried letting BI run deepstack itself, but the same issue persists.
