    Screen sizing problem Hikvision NVR

    Ok. I had my system for a while and when viewing it on my monitor it was fine until i fitted a new camera. When I view my camera or playback in full screen all my buttons rewind/digital zoom/pause etc are mostly off the screen! Has anyone seen this before?? I don't remember changing any settings.

    Camera interference

    Unfortunately frosted glass will take away our whole design of our room as it looks out to a waterfall etc. We already have blinds but again cant open them up unless we are again seen by the cameras. :(

    Well apparently police said its ok for 2 cameras to look into my bedroom and shower!!!! Because they have privacy masks on. Its BS because they can remove them at any time and see us in the shower or on my bed! So this is why i want to know how to block the camera with an instrument and not pay...

    How can i block someones camera from viewing? Like will a light shining at it stop it? Another IR directed at it? Anything i can do without damaging it?

    Yes you can change that via SADP. I tried that with no luck. You may have to just do what i did and that was change the gateway to 10.0.0.138 and give it an IP of 10.0.0.69 and plug it into the modem and then add it to the NVR with that IP address. Leave it into the modem and it should work still.

    Yep tried that. My cameras that work are 192.0.0.X with gateway of 10.0.0.138 which is my modem gateway. I tried both and no luck :(

    My cameras that allready work have ips of 192.0.0.2 then 3 then 4 etc. They were assigned by the nvr. Yes is used SADP to change my ptz ip which i had to change to 10.0.0.X to get the nvr to see it. BUT for the nvr to see it in that 10. address it has to be plugged into the modem and not...

    Bigjebac, did you get a solution?? I just bought a Hikvision ptz from aliexpress and can't connect mine thru the NVR either! I can connect it thru my modem and it shows up that way but not an ideal setup
